Note: This video was made before the final version of the book was finished and refers to a special pre-order campaign that has now ended. Some small details about the book have changed, but the essence, mission and messages are the same!

Heart, Sass, & Soul is all about journaling your way to inspiration and happiness, but the coolest thing about it is the fact that it’s jam-packed with text. Almost no pictures or diagrams and only a handful of journaling prompts on lined pages at the back.

The rest of it? It’s all about creativity, writing, thinking exercises, why you should journal, what you could write about, psychology, self-expression, and deep thoughts.

Yes, there are activities and writing prompts throughout the book, but you’re encouraged to do those in another notebook. This is not a “fluff” kind of book.

I think this one may have the most potential of them all to really crack you open, get you to go deep, and push you to emerge from this time as a new person with a firmer grasp on her sense of self (who also happens to feel much more confident in her writing).
